The name of the site is keepvid.com. First, you just have to search for the title of the video on youtube.com. You can search for what ever you want because youtube is the most popular website for videos nowadays. Now, after searching for a video that you desire, copy the URL of the video and then paste it in the mini browser that can be found just a little bit lower than your internet browser. There's a "URL" name before it. You can see it right after the page is loaded. After pasting the URL at the in the box, click download to get the download links for the video. After clicking the download button there will be few links(sometimes 2 or 3)to choose from. I suggest that you choose the first link because it is the fastest one to download. After clicking the link you downloader will show up asking you where to save the video. You can now save the video by clicking save and enjoy your downloaded video after downloading.
